Ele pode ser usado dos dois lados, dependendo de qual lado voc\u00ea deseja que o GlassOuse seja colocado (direito ou esquerdo). Ambas as extremidades v\u00eam com uma almofada de esponja para que voc\u00ea tenha uma ader\u00eancia confort\u00e1vel durante longas horas de uso.  <\/p>\n<p>O comprimento da faixa pode ser ajustado conforme necess\u00e1rio, bastando puxar ou empurrar para dentro.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Como usar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Monte a GlassOuse na G-Headband deslizando-a no fecho at\u00e9 que esteja firme e est\u00e1vel.<\/li>\n<li>Use-o na cabe\u00e7a, acima das orelhas.
