After purchasing from the website, if you change your mind and decide to return back the product within 15-days (from the day you receive the product), you may request a return and refund.
How To Return & Get a Refund
- Contact our support team via website or email – [email protected]. Please state your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will send you back the return instructions. Follow those instructions and ship back the product with the original packaging. The return shipping fee will be borne by you.
Note: Kindly make sure the product is not damaged as no refund will be given for damaged goods. - Once the goods are received back at our headquarters, we will initiate the return in 7 days.

Absolutely. But all returning devices should be without malfunction and defects for a full refund.
Even though GlassOuse offers a full refund for the items, return shipping fee costs are covered by the buyer.
Your refund payment is done in 7 (seven) business days after the returning device is delivered in the condition it was received – without malfunction and defects. Note – Refund amount only include the device cost and not shipping fee.
We will initiate a refund of the full money you paid. However, around 3.6-4% of total payment is deducted via payment systems as a fee. For eg -if you paid $100 during purchase, you will receive around $96 back.
